帶孩子們一窺難民的旅程 – 導讀繪本「旅程：在尋找家的路上」Reading The Journey: Exploring the Life of the Displaced Children on the Move
▎活動簡介｜Introduction
對於許多沒有經歷過戰亂、在台灣長大的孩子們而言，「難民」是一個既遙遠又模糊的概念。孩子們大多不曾理解過何謂流離失所、何謂在不得以的情況下離開家鄉、何謂在危險與恐懼中生存。這場活動以「旅行」為出發點，為5~10歲的孩子導讀「旅程：在尋找家的路上」這本繪本，帶領他們跟著故事主角的腳步，一窺在世界的另一端與他們年紀相仿、生活境遇卻大大不同的難民小孩可能正在經歷什麼樣的逃難與尋求庇護的旅程。
To most children in Taiwan who have never experienced wars and conflicts, the term “refugee" can be a vague and distant concept. It’s often difficult for them to understand a life full of fear and danger, of being displaced, and of being forced to leave one’s homeland. The Journey by Francesca Sanna illustrates the story of a refugee family on the move. In this guided reading session, we are introducing this picture book to children between 5 to 10 years old, and walking them through the common journey of the refugee children seeking asylum.

▎講者介紹｜Speaker Lara ( #Lara的多語繪本系列 )
Lara是「5歲都要懂的國際觀」和「Lara的多語繪本世界-英俄德日」」平台創辦人。為了讓孩子們從小開始認識不同地方和文化的人事物、產生興趣、開始同理、進一步懂得關心這個世界上發生的種種，Lara創立了「5歲都要懂的國際觀」頻道和「Lara的多語繪本世界」平台，和孩子們分享英文、俄文、德文和日語等不同語言的繪本，以及用淺顯易懂的語言帶領孩子理解國際新聞。在2021年更加入了幫助敘利亞難民的組織 －「台灣雷伊漢樂世界公民中心 」, 用實際的行動參與國際事務。
Founder of Lara’s Globalpedia, Lara has built her Facebook page and Youtube/Podcast channel over 6 years, introducing the world’s culture, history, geography and geographical politics to audiences from 5-year-old children to adults. Through weekly online courses, Lara shares picture books in multi-lingual, such as Chinese, English, Japanese, German and Russian, for children to know the world from different perspectives. Lara believes in the power of education and aims to broaden children’s sights and foster their understanding of the world in their early years.
▎台灣難民週籌備團隊 │ Facilitators of Refugee Week Taiwan
難民路徑｜Refugee Path
難民路徑（Refugee Path）自 2021 年由朱筱琪(Hsiao-Chi Chu)與胡鈞媛(Chun-Yuan Hu)成立，為了讓更多人關注難民議題，整合團隊成員過往於強迫遷徙／難民學科與研究的專業背景、遊走於各地之田野實地與策劃工作坊的經驗。自2021年起我們舉辦了多場以不同案例分享的難民講座和工作坊。於 2022 年在開始發起台灣難民週活動，將難民路徑成為討論難民問題的平台，共同尋找改變難民議題的途徑。
Refugee Path was established in 2021 by development practitioners Hsiao-Chi Chu and Chunyuan Hu. Through team members’ combined research experience in forced migration and fieldwork in different countries, Refugee Path was created with the hope of building a collaborative based, knowledge-sharing platform in Taiwan. We have held nine online interactive co-writing workshops since 2021. In 2022, we decided to organize a refugee week in Taiwan. Refugee Week Taiwan will be held each year as an open forum to discuss the current challenges and opportunities for refugees in Taiwan and beyond.
